Good atmosphere, good prices and selection on beer, the lanes could use a little TLC, but a good experience nonetheless.

1 worker was sooo stoned out of her mind that she couldn't comprehend the issues. The other worker didn't seem to be on drugs but was incompetent as the definition of the word.
This place is the worst ran establishment I have ever been to. There was nothing good about this experience at all. Glow bowling was only on 1/2 of the bowling alley so the effects weren't good for glow bowling and it was $11/person.

Pretty nice Lanes the tables were okay but pretty dirty and the guy up front was rude but the rest of it was a pretty good bowling alley.
This was the absolute worst "family experience" we have ever had.
The family that was attempting to enter ended up having to be switched while waiting and another family came up 4x while waiting for my refund. There was absolutely nothing positive about this trip and that's putting it mildly.
We had to switch lanes twice, had to completely remove all the names from the computer 4x, had to call on 6 different occasions and still didn't get the bumpers set in place for the kids, the names would switch from 1 lane to the other, bowling wouldn't actually computer on the screens and I finally asked for my money back. The manager wouldn't respond to the phone calls so the bartender finally authorized the refund.
