worst customer service experience in my entire life!!! the moment I walked into the door I knew I’d be dissatisfied. We arrived around 5:20-5:30 after leaving the Kroger next door. I noticed there was only 2 workers but didn’t think that was a big deal because it was a Monday evening. There was only one boy ahead of me waiting. I noticed that the workers had no smile on their face, they didn’t greet me when I walked in, they simply asked how many people were getting a cut I said 1 (my son)
The stylists are good and know what they are doing.
Was not greeted as I came in so I sat down and waited. There were 4 people in front of me and 2 people working. A guy walked in that one of the employees knew and he was able to sign in ahead of me. I still wasn't greeted. This was my 4th visit and have had to wait at least 45 minutes everytime. I left and went to Grondins down the street. Much better service there and more employees working.
Worst haircut I have ever had. My cut is so simple and she still messed it up.
After waiting for over 30 minutes the other lady was ready for him and asked what kind of cut he wanted the other lady explained because I had told her what I wanted when she asked how many people were getting a cut. She said well I’m just gonna have you wait for her then, I said no I don’t have to wait for her I’ll just explain how I want it cut. So she takes us to her station (my son is 8) after attempting to cut his hair with scissors first (his hair got pretty long) she switched to the clippers. She kept shifting his head straight every time he moved it. She said several times “keep yo head straight” I told him to keep his head straight or his haircut was going to turn out bad. Within a couple minutes I could tell she was frustrated. Then she told him he looked like a lil girl..I about lost it. He looked at her and his head turned and she said “boy if you don’t keep yo head straight” I said you don’t have to be rude, he’s a kid!!! She said oh trust me I’m not being rude. I said well maybe if you were nice he wouldn’t move his head. She turned the clippers off and refused to finish his haircut...so mid haircut I have an 8 year old waiting AGAIN for the other lady to finish his hair. After this woman cleaned her station, she sat on her phone for the remainder of my visit...didn’t even take any of the customers waiting. We didn’t exchange any other words. I’ve never had some one be so rude to a child. I Thought they were supposed to be trained in cutting children’s hairs????? Maybe not. But I still would of expected her to be more patient.
Nice environment nice and friendly stylist that is good at what they do.
It used to be convenient to go here before or after grocery shopping. But many of the stylists have changed and so have their ideals. I have been skipped numerous times after making an appointment hours in advance, because it "isn't making an appointment, your just putting yourself in line." But then magically someone they have known for a while just comes in and is next before everyone else.
