Terrible wait staff. Waitress Karen (didnt even tell us her name, we had to ask the busser) shook her head and laughed at me when i had asked for my coke and water to come without ice, neglected us for almost the entirity of our visit, and had to wait 20 minutes just for her to come within eyesight so we could get up and ask her for our checks. Never going back again, ever.
If you like bland breadsticks, tasteless salads that are 90% iceberg, and lasagna that is so cheesy and noodley you can't taste the sparse meat sauce, then this is the place for you. It's upsetting to see establishments take advantage of the American palate and charge these prices.

Only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of all the past great meals and service. Yesterday I called in an order and was told 20 min. Walked in restaurant in 20 min and was told it would be a couple min. After 5 min was told they were wrapping it up. 5 min later was told they lied and it would be longer because they hadn’t cooked it yet. 15 min later I finally get the order. I get home and my meal is burned in the bottom and cold in the top. Cheese wasn’t even melted. They had to have known. This is the worst experience. It seemed the cooks were playing. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. No apology.
Excellent place. The only downside to Sorrento's is the charge for using a Credit/Debit card. Totally ridiculous!
