This past Friday, 9-8-17 my wife and I boarded our dogs for our Friday wedding. As I call Saturday morning to check on them they tell me they are doing good and can be picked up before 6. I arrived at 4 to pick them up and they are closed. One of the workers named Kaitlin told us the wrong time and they actually closed at 2. So after awhile of phone calls and knocking we finally get somebody to answer. We explain what has happened and are told sorry you can get them Monday! We asked for them to call the owner/boss and see if there is any kind of compromise for Kaitlin's mistake and nothing! Mind you we only sent enough food and medicine for the time we planned on them being there, which was one night! So we are told we can bring up more food and medicine and once again can pick them up on Monday. All we could get out of them is we're not authorized to take money after hours? You're a private owned business, you can't take cash? So we wait the whole weekend and arrive Monday morning to get our dogs. There was no apologies we were charged for the whole weekend after only wanting one night. In the end I guess I look at it like this, your worker made a mistake not a big deal to me life happens, but then you were not even compassionate and try to fix the mistake? Very bad business then charge me for the entire weekend stay on top of that! We will not be back and neither will any friends or family!
Take my cats and dog here, always have a great experiance, the staff and doctor is always polite and excited to see my pets! Very accomedating as far as getting me in on the schedule! They also have boarding and dog training which also has excellent staff!
I've been taking my dogs here for years! Never had any complaints... the clinic is always nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and willing to help when needed, and my dogs love the free "cookie" they get every time they go in! :)
I have been going to this vet for 4 years and have been happy with it. We have two big dogs and they both have been neutered at this location and haven't had any complications. the Staff is nice and the office is always clean.
